About Kirkdell Labradors
THE KIRKDELL LABRADOR JOURNEY
Kirkdell Labradors is a small, but successful kennel nestled in the Adelaide Hills. I first started my journey in Labradors competing in Obedience and Tracking trials. My girl Nikki, was my constant companion and we successfully gained her UDX and TDX titles, both of which were needed to make her an OBEDIENCE CHAMPION!
In 2000 I then forayed into the world of Conformation, starting with my foundation stock from Guy Spagnolo of Driftway Labradors and building over the years. Guy has been a pillar of strength and knowledge throughout my foray into Labradors and I still enjoy our conversations to this day.
Over the intervening years I have made up many Champions, GRAND Champions ( I don't keep score), but I know that I have 3 SUPREME champions.

SUPREME CH KIRKDELL WATCH AND SEE - Jax - made up to Supreme Ch, with multiple ALL BREEDS IN SHOW, at 2 years of age and was then 'retired'. He debuted again in July 2024, at nearly 7 years of age, and went BEST IN SHOW -

The coming together of Ryder and the Driftway lines have enabled Kirkdell to be successful locally and in the national arena.
- Tilly is the niece of Ryder - out of his daughter Dazle, Grand Ch Kirkdell Razzle Dazzle
- Jax is his grandson -out of Delta - Supreme Ch Kirkdell Dazzle N Delight
WHERE TO NEXT?
It is my plan to continue to particpate in various disciplines with a return to the Obedience, Rally and Tracking arenas.
I will continue to show as there are several promising youngsters in the kennel and it is my aim to provide top quaility pups to people who will continue the Kirkell tradition.
Most importantly I am committed to breeding top quaility pups as companions. I can't thank enough the families who have given such loving homes to the Kirkdell dogs over the years, and keep returning for their next companion.
